Description: As the Mural Tour continued to grow, we established relationships with more artists from Indiana. Alex Ann Alan is from South Bend. Her work with shapes, patterns, colors, and abstract thought makes murals like this easily recognizable. This can be found across the east side of the courthouse, facing West and South.
